Shipping

Shipping costs are included in the price. There are no separate shipping costs at checkout, in every country we ship to.

Your order is usually shipped within 2-4 business days after you submit your design. After shipping you receive a track-and-trace link to follow your parcel. The expected delivery time after shipping is 1-2 business days within the Netherlands, 3-6 business days within the EU and 7-14 business days for the rest of the world. The stated periods are indicative. The risk of damage and/or loss lies with Segment Studio until the moment of delivery.

For a gift card too, shipping is included; no shipping costs are added on redemption.
