Shipping

Shipping within the Netherlands is free. To countries in the European Union we charge €5.95 and to the rest of the world €19.95. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Your order is usually shipped within 2-4 business days. After shipping you receive a track-and-trace link to follow your parcel. The expected delivery time after shipping is 1-2 business days within the Netherlands, 3-6 business days within the EU and 7-14 business days for the rest of the world. The stated periods are indicative. The risk of damage and/or loss lies with Segment Studio until the moment of delivery.

For a gift card, the shipping costs are calculated when the recipient redeems the card.
