Right of withdrawal and returns

Segment Studio's products are made to order and personalised based on the route and details you supply. Under Article 6:230p subsection f of the Dutch Civil Code, the statutory right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) is excluded for made-to-order and personalised products. Our posters therefore cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started. You are expressly informed of this before purchase.

Has a product arrived damaged or does it differ from the order? Then contact us within a reasonable time, no later than 14 days, at info@segmentstudio.nl with photos substantiating the damage or discrepancy; we always look for a suitable solution (repair or replacement).

Gift cards can be withdrawn within 14 days of purchase, as long as they have not been redeemed.
